Architectural Design
We create innovative architectural solutions tailored to site-specific contexts and client needs. Our process combines creative problem-solving with technical expertise to deliver functional, aesthetically compelling buildings across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. With deep knowledge of local regulations and urban dynamics, we transform concepts into built environments that enhance community value and sustainability.
Master Planning
Our master planning services integrate land use, transportation, and infrastructure considerations to create cohesive development frameworks. Specializing in transit-oriented and mixed-use campuses, we balance market viability with social responsibility. Our plans prioritize walkability, environmental stewardship, and long-term adaptability while navigating complex entitlement processes for public and private clients.
Affordable Housing
We design dignified, sustainable housing solutions addressing Southern California's affordability crisis. Our portfolio includes supportive housing, family residences, and senior living facilities that combine cost-effective construction with human-centered design. Through adaptive reuse strategies and public-private partnerships, we deliver high-quality, code-compliant developments that meet regulatory requirements while fostering community integration.
Adaptive Reuse
Specializing in transforming existing structures, we revitalize underutilized buildings for modern residential, hospitality, and commercial uses. Our approach preserves architectural heritage while implementing energy-efficient systems and contemporary design. With pioneering work on Los Angeles' Adaptive Reuse Ordinance, we convert historic cores into vibrant spaces that maintain urban character while meeting current needs.
Sustainable Design
We integrate environmental responsibility throughout the design process using LEED standards and life-cycle analysis. Our net-zero strategies encompass energy-efficient systems, material optimization, and biophilic design principles. Through multidisciplinary collaboration, we achieve high-performance buildings that reduce ecological footprints while enhancing occupant well-being and operational efficiency.

I am biased because my wife works here. It's a great architecture firm for multi-family housing in LA. The office interior is nice too (my wife helped design it).
