Recent wind storm lifted and damaged several shingles shortly after install b/c they had not sealed fully due to lack of warm days. Dustin responded and repaired all affected shingles at no cost, saving us from an insurance claim. Great customer service and customer care.

We recently purchased a home in Akron that needed a roof replacement immediately. After numerous estimates Dustin led us on that it would not be a big deal for his company. As you can see by the photos the estimate was given two months ago and we have been in contact since. Dustin had one of his employees call 2 DAYS before the roof was to be installed. He stated that the shingle supply company said that they could not get the shingles on our roof because the house was too tall. Little does Go Pitch Perfect know that I work in construction and this is a bold faced lie. I spoke to the supply house
