The MOST thorough and efficient plumbers I have ever dealt with. Smart guys. We had had many plumbers come to investigate a black substance in our tap water with little or no answers. Cox got to the bottom of it immeditely, replaces parts, drained the water heater and even called to follow up. They took care of other problems while here and even noticed our garage sink wasnt working and offered to fix that as well.
