Our move coordinator was great. She called a few times to check on the crew during pack out. We were supposed to have a 3rd party scheduled to come out and pack up our glass table, they were not scheduled, but she worked it out for us. She offered our services whenever they were needed. We have moved 3-4 times and have never had a rep do this for us, she was great!

DPS - Defense Personal Property System is a one stop shop where the DOD customer, the PPSOs and TSP will have access to one system where they can interact and manage shipments. Empty, defrost, and thoroughly wash the inside of your refrigerator and/or freezer to keep mildew at a minimum during transit and storage, these appliances need at least two days to dry out.
