Always pleasant to stop at ICA. They have what I need to complete the job. The staff (all of them) have always been perfect for me. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff + the supplies I am looking for... This makes me happy.

When you need anything cleaning related, this is the place to be. I'm renting a professional grade carpet extractor for the same price as the dinky ones from rug doctor etc.., they have any type of solution you need for any application you need, professional quality tools at prices about the same as the ones that break in a month. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff with air conditioning inside as you browse. Don't go anywhere else and they're local.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable from the second they answer the phone. I hate when I call a place and the person who answers has to go find someone - like a sales rep - because they have no idea how the business functions. With these guys you get knowledge and understanding of what is needed immediately. That they do floors is a given. That they do cement driveways, including the chemicals needed to clean them is a bonus. I recommend them to anyone who needs equipment and chemicals to clean and clear the unknown enemy growth that appears on patios and driveways.

Our school district needed germicidal mix to be able to remain open at the beginning of the Covid situation and ICA came through with a recommended concentrate that smells great, works great and she was able to get me 10 cases fast. At the time, the stuff was pretty much liquid gold. The price was cheaper than I was finding elsewhere and the everything was great from start to finish. I am putting in another order today!

It's like finding something that you didn't even know you needed.
Having an address on speedway does not help when the entrance is in the rear of the building and the sign is small and the traffic is bearing done on you. I overshot and walked back, to the entrance. When I got in there, I thought how am I going to make heads or tails out of all that inventory. I got Amanda, and she was the guru of chemicals!!! I was looking for sealers for my tile, cleaning product etc. etc. etc..
Amanda answered all of my questions, showed me what I needed for all of it (sealing and cleaning products
