I called TMC based on a recommendation on behalf of one of your employees David who is a relative of my neighbor and to ask for Jerry. We had Jerry out on August 18th to our residence and while kind and courteous he very bluntly told me he could do nothing to help us out. I guess the task was too much for the taking and didnt want to take our money. Mind you my wife is 8 months pregnant and we have had some very hot days we were left feeling quite defeated by this whole experience. We have had several companies come out and ALL were willing to help no matter the task if not to just quote us
