Services
Drain Cleaning
Our drain cleaning services address clogs caused by grease, hair, tree roots, or pipe damage. Using advanced tools like hydro jetting and drain cameras, we clear blockages and prevent future issues. We handle kitchen, bathroom, main line, and outdoor drain problems for residential and commercial properties. Our technicians ensure long-lasting solutions by identifying root causes, such as corrosion or misaligned pipes.
Water Heater Repair
We repair and install traditional tank, tankless, and hybrid water heaters. Our services include leak detection, thermostat adjustments, and system flushing. We diagnose issues like insufficient hot water, strange noises, or discolored water. For aging units, we recommend cost-effective replacements with energy-efficient models to reduce utility bills and ensure reliable hot water supply.
Leak Detection
Our leak detection services use acoustic and thermal technology to locate hidden water, sewer, or gas leaks. We repair slab leaks, pipe joints, and underground lines with minimal disruption. For gas leaks, we follow strict safety protocols to prevent hazards. Our goal is to stop leaks promptly, preventing property damage and health risks.
Commercial Plumbing
We provide comprehensive plumbing solutions for malls, offices, restaurants, and multi-unit properties. Services include drain cleaning, fixture installation, sewer line inspections, and repiping. Our NASSCO-certified team ensures code compliance and minimal business disruption. We offer scheduled maintenance to prevent emergencies and maintain operational efficiency for high-demand commercial spaces.
Repiping
We specialize in whole-house and partial repiping using copper or PEX piping. Our services address corroded, leaking, or outdated pipes to improve water quality and pressure. Called on a Saturday about 4:00 with a plugged line and water coming out from between the bottom of the toilet and tile floor. They arrived in under and hour as promised, Vlad and partner whose name I didn't get. Offered two options, neither cheap but it was the weekend. In less than an hour they had it snaked and the toilet reseated, cleaned up after themselves. Would hire again.

Really poor service from them. We called them to fix a ruptured tap outside my house. First came in and did a half repair saying they'll come back later. Had to be called twice to come back and continue with the job. Then doubled there charges saying we had to come twice. Stay away.

Clear drain did a great job fixing my problem with a clogged shower. I felt they were trusted and reliable and straightforward. I also felt that their price was very fair and reasonable. I would use them again

Office was so pleasant, efficient n got a technician at our house in 2 hours. He assessed our disposal problem n gave us 3 options cost wise. Being seniors.i wanted him to purchase the disposal for us based on their expertise. He scheduled a return visit in two days..politely called to say he will be a little late as first stop DIDNT have the deluxe model so was in line at second store. Cleared work area n finished job in 30 min n left kitchen area spotless. I couldn't ask for more..why did I wait a year...will definitely use CLEAR DRAIN PLUMBING again n refer it to friends. Like that it
