We're the one-stop construction supply company for all your wood, paint, and flagging needs! We maintain over 11,000 ft2 of inventory space, from which orders are expedited or picked up on-site. Tony & Laura Kresic founded MMD from their basement in Carpentersville, IL. What started as a mail-order biz selling supplies to local municipalities quickly expanded to the land surveying market where our signature oak lath and stake products were born.

Our original MMD wood lath is made of durable oak (try our bestselling 4' oak lath and oak stakes-they're both strong as heck)! We also have custom painted lath (mixed hardwood), eco lath (poplar), light lath (spruce), and oak hubs. Choose from wood marking stakes and lath with triangular points or pencil points.
