As an employee of Fullmer, it may appear as biased or a "padding of the stats" to give the company a good review. However, this company is legitimately deserving of the high mark. Speaking from an insider's perspective, I can honestly and accurately make it known that Fullmer is a company full of integrity, strong values, and quality employees.… This positive culture is fostered from the top down, led by a quality leadership team that consistently shows authentic care and interest for their employees.
