I am an architect in San Francisco California. My focus is on Government, Healthcare, Fitness, and Retail projects in an effort to promote my philosophy of better life experiences through design. Going to a hospital or courthouse is often a daunting experience and one that I personally hate.
My passion for working on these particular projects stems from wanting to make these buildings and the spaces inviting and enjoyable while understanding the state of mind people are in.Going to the hospital or to court is stressful enough and through the power of design I believe those stress levels can be reduced.
Understanding the project constraints in regards to space, time and cost are all crucial to developing a successful project. I value key principles to successfully managing a design and construction project including good communication between the team, ability to adhere to milestones and delivering coordinated and sound sets of plans that provide value to the owners, users and the general public.

Club Pilates Redwood City

This Club Pilates will have an open 12 person studio with reformers, Exo-chairs, TRX, Bosu ball, mats rollers and more. There will be 3 private training rooms that offer personal sessions with the same equipment. This studio will also be equipped with Accessible Men's and Women's bathrooms and separate changing rooms.
SF Bathroom Remodel

The original bathroom layout in this 2 unit flat was very inconvenient for the homeowners. It consisted of a single toilet in one room, a shower and vanity in another and a vanity and toilet in the third room. By taking out a wall we were able to combine three rooms into two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms now equipped with a shower/tub, vanity and toilet.
Oncology Pharmacy

The renovation of an existing Oncology Pharmacy consisted of gutting and expanding the 400 square foot lab space. We added separate hood rooms, one for hazardous compounding and one for non-hazardous compounding. The two hood rooms were connected by a new anteroom with a dedicated eye wash and personal protective equipment area.
