Matt has come out to my house for my AC and heat for the better part of 10 years. Recently, I had my AC/heat pump/condenser replaced as they were 20+ years old. Matt went out of his way to find a unit that was up to his standards to install, which he finally did on one of the hottest days of the year! Mark was his assistant and was a hard worker and very knowledgeable about the system they were installing. I thoroughly recommend them!

Used them about a year ago and Matt was the technician. After 2 hours of nothing and $250 service charges, he recommended changing the whole unit. He said that there was no way to repair the unit as it was leaking coolant and he didn't know how he could fix it. I had a different company look at it and the issue was resolved with 30 minutes with a simple fix. STAY AWAY from this business and always get another vendor take a look. I will never call them again.
