I began working with Shannon Miller almost a year before we signed a contract for him to build our house. We had to have Duke Energy move a right of way and a power line on our lot which they were reluctant to do and they dragged their feet at every step. Shannon met me at the lot we were considering on numerous occasions to discuss what was feasible and what wasnt. It would be fair to say that he put in at least 20 hours of his time to guide us through that process and also to help us understand the process of building a house, something we had never done before. We did not receive a bill for
