Polyaspartic Floor Coatings
Our polyaspartic floor coatings provide rapid-curing, UV-resistant protection for residential and commercial spaces. These high-performance coatings withstand heavy traffic while maintaining aesthetic appeal through customizable color options. Ideal for garages, warehouses, and high-traffic areas requiring durable, low-maintenance flooring solutions.
Metallic Epoxy Floors
Metallic epoxy flooring creates striking three-dimensional effects with reflective pigments. This commercial-grade solution combines chemical resistance with artistic customization, perfect for showrooms, retail spaces, and premium residential applications requiring both functionality and visual impact.
Polished Concrete Floors
Our polished concrete services transform industrial and residential floors into glossy, durable surfaces. Through multi-stage grinding and densification, we create low-maintenance, light-reflective floors that meet commercial safety standards while enhancing architectural aesthetics for offices and living spaces.
Concrete Overlays
Concrete overlays restore damaged surfaces with thin, decorative toppings. This cost-effective solution repairs cracks and imperfections while adding texture and color to pool decks, patios, and commercial floors needing functional rejuvenation without full replacement.
Commercial Concrete Sealers
Commercial-grade sealers protect concrete surfaces against stains, abrasion, and chemical exposure. Our industrial-strength formulations extend floor lifespan in high-traffic environments while maintaining slip resistance and regulatory compliance for warehouses, retail spaces, and manufacturing facilities.

My wife and I were trying to find a durable and good looking for our pool deck. We looked at pavers and tile and they were not viable options. We reached out to Floor Coating Specialist and the were able to offer a great looking pool deck at a very affordable price. Floor Coating Specialist were courteous, mindful of our needs, affordable, and completed the deck in a timely manner. They were even able to closely match the tile color that I have under my covered patio area. Looks really good!

The floor Coating was great. The baseboard which they suggested for extra $ was not done very well. Should have had them fix it.

I set up an initial time for a quote, Ron verified. I called him 15 minutes after the pre-arrange appointment time. I left a voicemail. Ron called me 2 hours later stating he was busy, and he was sorry he missed me. I figured out that he did leave a business card in my front door. He stated he came by the day prior, hoping he could fit me in sooner to get me an estimate. No worries, things happen.
So I gave him a key code to my house, so he could go and give me an estimate by the end of the weekend as he suggested and agreed to. He did not do so. I have video surveillance on the home, and validated

We had our garage floor redone by Ron and his team at FCS. They did a beautiful job on the epoxy floor and our garage turned out better than we expected. The team is polite, on time, and clean. We are thrilled to have hired Floor Coating Specialist and will recommend them to our friends without hesitation.
