Peter and his crew at Skytrust Builder completed two projects for me, a total renovation of a bathroom and converting open living space into an extra bedroom. His crew completed both jobs quickly, with a quality that exceeded my expectations. When water damage was discovered during the bathroom demolition, we agreed that one interior wall needed to be totally rebuilt, and the additional cost was reasonable. I hired SkyTrust Builder to do a pretty significant remodel of my hundred-year-old San Francisco condominium. The project included removing a load-bearing wall on the top floor, which required support work to occur on the two floors below, and foundation work at the ground level, and a complete remodel of the kitchen, bath, laundry room, and the addition of a new half bathroom.
Peter and his crew were fantastic. They started the job on the promised date, and they made steady progress every day, finishing the project basically on schedule. Communication was good and his crew was friendly and respectful
