Advance Repair and Maintenance has always went above and beyond my expectation. Hands down the best costumer service and most professional group of service people out there. When I was looking too upgrading my heat pump and air handler, Mr. Dan and his team provided me answers to all the questions I had. Never did they force the sale on me. Being this replacement was going to be an expensive one, I shopped around and Mr. Dan had the best price. While waiting for our new AC to come in, our current system messed up. I reached out to Mr. Dan and he took several phone calls and made several trips

Be careful dealing with this company. I have had an ongoing problem with my Trane unit they installed October 30, 2018. They did attempt to correct the issue by cleaning the coils 4 times, which did not correct the issue. Now, Dan Kinsey will not return my phone calls or text messages. I guess once he makes the initial installment of your unit, you are on your own. I have filed a formal complaint with Trane corporate office against this business. BEWARE!!!!! I hated to give one star but didn't have the choice to give zero stars.

Advance Repair replaced our HVAC unit super quickly and efficiently!! The customer service and quality of work was AWESOME!! I hope I don't need them anytime soon (since we got a Trane unit ;) ) but if we need any service at all, they will be the first I call!!
