I hired Green Frog for my mom as a Christmas present as I didn't want her exerting herself to clean for holiday company. My mom was really excited at how much they did and said her house smelled so good. She wants them to come back and they are now scheduled every two weeks! Used Green Frog in 2020 for a move out clean. Took them five hours with two people, which is fine, but wound up with over $500 bill and many things still had to be given additional cleaning once they left (baseboards, toilets, and oven, in particular). A year later, I got their name confused with another company and called them to set up another cleaning. When I realized who they were, I decided to give them another shot and hope for the best. First option was five weeks out, and they call the day before to say they dont have people anymore in my area and wont be coming.
