If you get to work with Moshe Ezra, consider yourself blessed. He has a wealth of experience in his industry (a couple decades?) and got an engineering degree before he moved to the States so he's the best of both worlds.
Moshe is reliable and honest, which is hard to find in the current state of construction here in the Bay. He is incredibly detail oriented with high standards and strict tolerances. Moshe caught a ton of things our original engineer missed. He is very familiar working in the hills and other unstable ground. His team drilled piers 13-17ft deep, repoured the perimeter foundation
