Phase I has a minimum lot dimension of 10,000 square feet with 33 homesites. Currently, we have four new home models to choose from, both two stories and ranch, with square footage ranging from 2, 700 to 3, 200. When severe water damage occurred in our kitchen from a corroded valve, my husband and I felt completely overwhelmed and unprepared in how to go about the renovation process.
