Questions
What's the difference between commercial and industrial roofing?
Commercial roofs typically serve office buildings and retail spaces with lighter materials, while industrial roofs require heavy-duty systems for warehouses and factories.
What materials work best for Texas climate conditions?
TPO membranes and modified bitumen systems perform well in Texas' varied climate, offering UV resistance and thermal stability for both commercial and industrial applications.
How often should commercial roofs be inspected?
We recommend bi-annual inspections plus post-storm checks to maintain roof integrity and address minor issues before they become major problems.
What maintenance practices extend roof lifespan?
Regular debris removal, drainage system maintenance, and prompt repair of punctures or membrane damage significantly improve roofing system longevity.
How do I choose between flat and sloped roofing systems?
Flat roofs work well for commercial buildings needing rooftop equipment access, while sloped systems offer better water runoff for industrial facilities in heavy rainfall areas.

I have had problems with my roof for over 3 1/2 years and Tommy has still not fixed them. He keeps on bragging that he has been in the roofing business for a long time, yet still cannot fix five leaks in my roof. I would not trust him to work on your roof, especially if it's a metal roof. Between him and the builder, Robert Anderson, I believe they are people of low integrity.
