Had someone come out to check my heat pump 2 weeks ago. I've called 3 times to check on the part and I get we are checking on it. Had I not paid the $99 service fee I would be going somewhere else. Never dealt with such incompetence. All I want is an answer.

Too expensive! Too bad we found out too late. This year the tech said our neighbor and us have a similar problem with our units. It’s been a week but no calls from them to have it rechecked. That’s not service.
