I hired Houndstooth Carpet to come out and clean my upholstery and carpet. The upholstery was not cleaned to my satisfaction and they agreed to a $100 refund. The technician that serviced my home put two holes in my wall. I was only notified of one hole in my hole while he was onsite. I called Houndstooth to express my displeasure with the service provided. I've used Houndstooth since 2005 and have never experienced an issue. They offered to repair the holes in my wall but ONLY if the technician came to my home the first time was allowed to do it. Based on the quality provided by this technician

The carpet guy did a great job on the carpet, and he was very professional with his customer service skills. He was on time, but they don't call the night before or when they're on their way. He poured the dirty stuff from the machine in our yard.... that was so nasty. And PLEASE do not pay with check because they're just now cashing it, after 3 weeks. I called and talked to the owner after the first week, he primrosed he'd take care of it and he didn't. And they don't have a credit card/debt card machine. They still write it out on carbon copy and give you a copy

Do not use this company. Our realtor suggested them, so unfortunately we took their word and didn't check reviews. He was supposed to be at my home between 12-3p, didn't show up until after 4p. I cannot even tell that the carpets where cleaned, other than them being soaking wet. They were finished with five large rooms, two hallways and a staircase within 2 hours. They banged the machine against a corner in my home and busted the wall. They did not have the decency to tell me about it. They dumped the dirty water and pet hair into our front yard in two spots. One right in my lawn

I want to start this review by saying once I requested a refund the company did offer to come back out and clean my carpets again with their outdated equipment. Obviously, based on the quality of their work the first time, I declined. They stated I would only be able to get half of my money back. They were generous with the attitude though. I hired this company to clean and repair my carpets prior to a move out inspection. They brought old, outdated equipment with them. There was no, and I mean NO noticeable difference after they were finished shampooing the carpets. I also paid to have patches

I scheduled a carpet cleaning with this company,the technician was late arrive,I hand moved all the furniture so he would have enough time to work on the litely dirty carpet.He was here for 30 minutes at most to clean Berber carpet in three areas including stairs and two bedrooms with pile carpeting.The Floor look as they did before he arrived and… very wet after running the furnace and fans from 10am-it is after 10pm.This guy did no scrubbing on the stairs or entrance.This is the worst job I have ever had done in 25 years.Planning on stopping payment tomorrow.
