Roof leaked after 5 years. Husband didn't realize that there was a 10 year warranty and attempted repair himself. When we realized the leak was in another location and that there was a warranty Jim was such an a-hole about the attempted repair that we told them to pound sand and fixed it ourselves.

Im impressed with Jake & Cos work. Fast, on-budget, professional, and clean A+ work was performed for my (now) 86 year old Mother's home. Jake & Co gave us a great proposal -- beating the competition with what he was going to provide. And a straight-shooter. No nonsense; our family needed an A+ roofer and thats what we got from Jake & Co. Oceanside, CA.
