Very satisfied with the service provided by CM Heating in repairing my furnace. Amy was very helpful in setting the appointment, giving me all the details I needed in a professional and courteous manner. Antonio was the service rep who arrived as promised, listened to my description of the issue and had the proper part replaced and the unit up and running within the hour. He was friendly and very professional and took the time to explain the issue to me. I'm very happy with their service and will give CM Heating first consideration when it comes time to replace the furnace.

Very professional and friendly. These are hardworking men and the team faced an extremely difficult install. They did a great job. The sheet metal tech was excellent as were the other team members. We do have a little rework to do on the refrigerant line routing but I am confident that issue will be resolved.
