Called on a Thursday night after closing, they answered and connected me to the owner to discuss a diagnosis made my another company. Matthew spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions and giving me a informal quote over the phone, which was thousands less than the previous company (I guess that company needs someone to pay for the vans completely covered in ads). Tech came out the next day, did a very thorough evaluation, and found two potential small leaks that were easily remedied. He could have easily just concurred with the previous company that I needed a whole new evaporator

Technician misdiagnose my AC issues he said it was my motherboard on my furnace turned out to be a dirty coil I paid a service charge for nothing luckily I didn't pay to have them replace my motherboard because that wasn't even issue
