I should have known a that the person we had arranged to complete the hardwood flooring installation job had forgotten to order the correct wood for our project. I had called the day prior to wood delivery and he was unsure that he was to have wood delivered. But, the wood for our project was delivered, just 1 day late. We had requested "Select" oak hardwood grade and did not realize until the second day of the project that we did not receive that wood grade. Our estimate was quoted for "Select" Grade. When my husband asked of the wood color variations, the person we had dealt with replied, "Wood
