I was impressed by Belkis Hernandez, it was my first impression she took her time and listen to all of my concerns to be able to provide for me the best possible options and when she thought maybe someone else could give me a different opinion she had me talking to Ginamarie Romero and here is where my head was blown out, the level of knowledge was amazing and there was nothing but courtesy and she even stayed past closing time to help me and that is what I call amazing service, I will keep coming here and recommend this place to everyone I know.

This lumber company has terrible customer service. Nobody wants to help you out. After a while looking for help and everyone was on the phone I left.

Placed a large order for my home after having decent experience with them on several spec builds. Doors took months to arrive and several were missing. Placed a new order and had to wait months as well. During this time I received little to no communication. Another missing door and one that came in the wrong style and they refused to replace. Because of this I'm no longer using them for future projects. I suggest using one of the many other companies in the area.

This made no sense to me, since I placed the orders SHIP TO HOME, not STORE DELIVERY, or PICK UP IN STORE. Also, I never received an email from Ace corporate notifying me of my order status OR of these shipping arrangments, and my emails to their customer service department were never answered. So I contacted Nachon (A.K.A Ace
