Services
Hardwood Floor Installation
Our hardwood floor installation service delivers durable, timeless flooring solutions using premium engineered and solid wood products. We offer widths from 2-1/4" to 11-3/8" with finishes that enhance natural grain patterns. Our certified installers follow manufacturer specifications for acclimation, subfloor preparation, and installation methods including nail-down, glue-down, and floating systems. With proper installation, our hardwood floors maintain structural integrity and aesthetic appeal across temperature and humidity changes in Portland's climate.
Bamboo Flooring
We provide high-quality bamboo flooring with exceptional durability and environmental benefits. Our strand-woven bamboo options achieve 160% greater hardness than oak while maintaining 100% recyclability. Available in horizontal, vertical, and engineered formats, our bamboo floors resist dents and scratches better than traditional hardwood. Each installation includes moisture barrier recommendations and proper acclimation guidance to ensure longevity in various climate conditions across residential and commercial spaces.
Cork Flooring
Our cork flooring solutions combine sustainability with comfort, offering natural thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Available in floating planks and glue-down tiles, these floors resist mold, bacteria, and fire while providing cushioned underfoot comfort. We recommend cork for low-traffic residential spaces and offices, with proper moisture protection measures in high-humidity areas. Our installation process ensures proper expansion gaps and finish protection for long-term performance.
Hardwood Refinishing
Professional hardwood refinishing services restore worn floors to like-new condition through sanding, screening, and recoating techniques. Our process removes surface damage while preserving wood integrity, typically extending floor lifespan by 10+ years. We use low-VOC finishes that cure to durable protective layers, with optional aluminum oxide additives for enhanced scratch resistance. Regular maintenance recommendations help clients maximize investment returns between full refinishes.
Custom Area Rugs
We create fully customizable area rugs using eco-friendly wool or nylon backing materials. Clients choose dimensions, edging styles, and thickness levels to complement existing flooring. Our custom rugs enhance acoustic properties in hard-surface rooms while maintaining sustainability standards. The process includes material selection consultations and precise measurements to ensure perfect fit in both traditional and contemporary spaces.

David spent so much time with us, helping us pick just the right floor for our circumstances. Once we chose our flooring, everything happened exactly as promised. EcoFloors delivered the wood and installed the floor on time. Darius and the installation crew were friendly and professional and got the job done ahead of schedule. We purchased our cork flooring material from EcoFloors but originally had a contractor install the material. The contractor install was a total disaster so we went back to EcoFloors to assist with the reinstall of our new cork floor. David and Darius were fantastic to work with. The EcoFloors team was courteous and professional and the end product was excellent. I would highly recommend using EcoFloors for install as well as product. Thank you again David and Darius for a great experience!

The reviews don't lie on this company, top notch operation. We worked with Sam and David on reflooring our entire new house. Sam did a great job of directing us towards surfaces that met all of our needs (cork, hardwood, carpet). We wanted to work with all natural material, have dog friendly carpet, and other odds and ends. Sam had an immediate solution to all of our needs. They were extremely busy, but fit our project in, and got it done early. We even added a small project in at the end they were able to accomodate. All the employees were respectful to our home and to us and communicated
