Commercial Roofing
We specialize in commercial roofing solutions for diverse properties including medical offices, assisted living facilities, and retail spaces. Our services cover EPDM, TPO, and metal roofing systems with options for low-slope and steep-slope applications. Backed by manufacturer warranties and expert installation techniques, we ensure long-lasting protection against Ohio's weather conditions while maintaining aesthetic appeal and functional integrity for commercial properties in Erie and surrounding counties.
Metal Roof Installation
Offering standing seam and classic rib metal roofing systems, we deliver durable solutions engineered for Ohio's climate. These systems combine energy efficiency with modern design for residential applications and cost-effective durability for outbuildings. Our installations feature hidden fasteners for improved aesthetics and enhanced weather resistance, providing homeowners with long-term protection (40+ year lifespan) and increased energy efficiency through solar-reflective properties.
Roof Coating Systems
We install GacoFlex S20 Series 100% silicone roof coatings that create seamless membranes for flat or sloped roofs. These systems renew weathered surfaces while providing permanent ponding water protection and UV resistance. With a 50-year material warranty, our coatings extend roof life cycles while avoiding full tear-offs, offering cost-effective solutions that maintain FM ratings for fire, wind, and hail resistance across both residential and commercial applications.
Skylight Replacement
As authorized VELUX installers, we offer solar-powered and manually operated skylight solutions that enhance natural lighting and ventilation. Our installations include energy-efficient options with rain sensors and smart home integration capabilities. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your roofing needs. I talked to this company at least 6 times and cant even get a quote on having our roof repaired. The girl in the office seems very nice but her husband who apparently does all the estimating is completely unreliable. As a business owner myself I understand were in some strange times right now but being told at least 3 times that hell put our quote together and as of today I STILL havent received anything is ridiculous. The original contact was at least 3 months ago. Thats some terrible customer service.

Nate from North Coast is the best!! He was on time, gave a great quote and got the job done when he said he would. He even helped me out when he saw me struggling with a flat tire on my boat trailer. Highly recommend.

These guys did a great job for us replacing our porch roof in the spring. Obviously when the tree came down and damaged the same roof a couple of weeks ago, we thought of North Coast. Five calls and messages and never heard back. Honestly was it something we said?
