Thorsen's plumbing sent a man named Cliff with his helper, Daniel to fix the plumbing problem. Cliff is an expert and immediately detected and analyzed the problem. He corrected everything like a pro, so quick and efficient that I was amazed. I appreciate such good service.

Thorsen’s came highly recommended and I was very impressed with their service. One of the few places that does service on a Rinnai Tankless System. Jonathan explained the process, was courteous and represented Thorsen’s in a truly professional manner. The price was very reasonable and I am extremely satisfied. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!

I've been a Thorsen's customer for years, even before I was a home owner. I called to schedule and was told the maintenance is not 67.00 that it would be 75.00. Ok. Then because they weren't going to have anyone in Denair area (5 miles from business) on Friday they would have to charge me mileage fee. You may want to rethink using Thorsen/Norquist as being a customer for 20 plus yrs and another 10 yrs from apartment management doesn't seem to matter. Only the upcharges. Thorsens use to be great! By the way, I wasn't having an issue just doing a maintenance of AC unit

Very expensive. They will only make an estimate and when job is completed they will not give you a breakdown of parts and labor. Bill was exactly the estimate.

They do not stand behind their guarantee. We had a new unit installed and they came out no less than 6 times over 3 summers trying to get it to work. This summer I can't get them to even return my call. We are DONE with Thorsen's-Norquist and calling a competent business.

Not an honest business. Paid for a new unit install and over 3 years, were out to service at least 6 times with further investment with every visit. They were out again in May and by June, not working. Called another local HVAC provider who showed us that the unit was incompatible and most likely used upon install. I tried to speak with Thorsens and try to make it right, management wouldnt take my calls. Gabe called me back the following day and offered to come make the repair at another $5k. There are BETTER providers. Avoid this business
