Unlike other carpet cleaners in Vancouver, we stand behind our word! If you're not 100% happy with our services we will come back and clean your home or office until you are! Our technician will do a walk-through inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet construction, customer concerns, and potential permanent stains.
Depending on the types of spots we identify in our walk through with you, we may pre-treat them with specific pH neutralizing sprays. Don't worry, all our products are green and safe for the family! Your carpet will be pre-conditioned with the appropriate product in order to suspend the soil for more effective soil and spot removal.
