We ensure proper ventilation and waterproofing while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Homeowners benefit from enhanced protection against weather elements and increased property value through modern, energy-efficient solutions.
Chimney Tuckpointing
We restore chimney integrity through precise tuckpointing that removes deteriorated mortar and replaces it with matching compounds. This service prevents water infiltration, extends chimney lifespan, and maintains structural safety. Our technicians address cracks, spalling bricks, and damaged crowns to protect homes from fire hazards and moisture damage.
Storm Damage Restoration
Our rapid response team specializes in storm damage assessment and restoration for roofs, siding, and gutters. We document damage for insurance claims and perform temporary repairs to prevent further harm. Permanent solutions include replacing damaged materials and restoring homes to pre-storm condition with minimal disruption to homeowners.
Siding Installation
We offer premium vinyl and cedar siding installation that enhances home durability and curb appeal. Our services include proper insulation integration and trim work to ensure weather resistance. Homeowners gain improved energy efficiency, protection against Minnesota weather, and long-lasting aesthetic value through quality material selection.
Gutter Maintenance

Garlock French has been helping my family with any ice dam, roof leak, or in this latest case, a whole cedar roof replacement. There is no equal to their quality and careful attention to detail by their long-standing staff of experts. They really care about doing the job right and meeting your expectations above all else. Shop around if you like, but this is the company to award the job to, hands down.

We have called 4 times for them to come look at a slate roof and integrated gutter system and they never call back. Their customer service is terrible.

Never return calls, never get back to you, even when signed up for annual maintenance. Don't bother.
