Furnace stopped working while I was in school. Girlfriend called around looking for someone. Obviously it's a busy time of the year and everyone is spread thin, but we had no heat and it was an emergency. The person who answered the phone was the most unprofessional and rude person in the world. She got laughed at by this person for asking for help. She has never had an experience this bad before with a company that's suppose to be professional. Maybe this company could find people to work for them that are actually decent human beings and don't tear down other people who don't have the same knowledge

Snooty! Hard to believe any company could be ruder and more arrogant when I called to find out about future emergency service for my home. The company must be doing exceeding well to be able to act so offensively. And this is without having a problem! Spend the extra time and find another place that wants customers.

Don't waste your time, I called two weeks ago to schedule an appointment for a quote but they are too busy and I was instructed to just wait for a call back. Called again today and I was instructed ill just have to keep waiting and they will call me when they are ready to schedule something. It will probably be a month before an apt for a quote can be scheduled. WHAT A JOKE.
