Great service switched from a company that we were just a number. Happy to be serviced by a family business. Left the guys that jumped my price by a dollar a gallon so happy we found Dixon.

Driver called me at 8:52 this am to unlock my gate. I was asleep in bed and My alarm goes off at 9. Told him I needed 2 minutes. 8:57 he pulled away as I was walking up to unlock the gate. Never came back as dispatch said he would. Customer service called and was unhelpful and condescending. She felt I sounded young and healthy and there was an emergency call for an old woman without heat. I thought the driver may have seen a brown man walking up to open the gate and just left.... Either way, I guess they dont value the $2,000 plus annually I spend with them

We recently had our nearly 30 year old boiler replaced....a total redo of the system which will be more efficient. Big John and the Dixon team were great, professional, courteous and so neat!
