I called this company because I had a bad O-ring that was causing a leak in my toilet. I ordered the new part and was looking for the technician to replace it.
Drain King sent out Santo who insisted that it was not the O-ring and was in fact a hose that was not plugged in correctly. He plugged in the hose , gave me a bill, and told me to call back if it continued to leak. The leak continued so I called Santo back. He agreed this time that it was the O-ring and stated that he does not work on Kohler Toilets. He then suggested that I "call a plumber". After hearing this I called

Completely unhappy with this company. The plumber that showed up was extremely rude and condescending! I would never use these people again. And they charge you just to show up which we were not told ahead of time.

Concern: gurgling, slow draining sinks, and toilets, along with a disgusting stench throughout the house. Found tsunami in cellar and located where the stench was coming from.
Contacted the Drain King out of Plaistow NH at the recommendation of a friend. Dave, the owner, came right over, snaked the main sewer drain attempting to clean blockage, tested drain with cold water running from sinks, and it drained better but still slow & gurgled. Recommendation was to come back the next day with video pipe camera, going through 3" pipe that goes through foundation to further investigate why
