We worked with Unicon on a full renovation of a three story duplex (2 units, 2000 sq ft) in San Francisco which still had its 1947 plumbing, electric, etc. We completely redid 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, all new electrical, hardwood floors, doors, windows, hvac, insulation, and removed a wall between the kitchen and living room.
