Ed Ivie, the owner of Ideal AirCare, is someone that responded to my query, gave me proper written quotes with equipment and model numbers, patiently answered my many questions, helped identify and evaluate the right way to respond to our unique situation for an older house, and saw the work through the installation of both of our HVAC systems, an upstairs and a downstairs unit. As the owner, you get to deal with Ed directly but also have the assurance of his presence during the installation

5 years ago I called Ideal Air Care in desperation. It was August, had family visiting from out of state and it was Saturday 5pm. Ed made a special trip out right then to try and eliminate my AC aggravation. He was able to temporarily patch it, then worked on a heatpump/AC plan and recommendations to move thermostat and increase airflow into AC. The new system saved us $$ every month since in electric costs. Multiple times since he has worked with me to improve our AC life, even got us setup with a wifi thermostat so we can control from anywhere and setup and heating cooling schedules online. During
