Showed up 1.5 hours late. I had to pick up my boy from school by the time he got to the house so I asked him to wait since I had waited an hour and a half for him to show up. Came back from the school to find him gone. He said he would be back and never showed up I called and text. He said he would come over and never showed up. I planned my day around his appointment and I was never able to get my couches cleaned. He called me at the end of the day to tell me he wasnt coming to do the job. Not even an offer to reschedule or maybe some better customer service and offer a discounted rate for
