He has a degree from Eastern Illinois University in Industrial Technology Education with a minor in Architectural drafting and design. He has worked in residential construction since 1996, and is involved in every aspect of a Zinn project. Phil has assembled a talented staff of 10+ employees who complete the framing and finish work on every new home, remodel or deck project.
