I have been a customer of Key Heating and Cooling for 22 years and I have always found them to be conscientious, fair and very good at what they do. Today Zak came out and cleaned my unit because I was getting a musty smell. He did an awesome job and fixed the problem. He was extremely personable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He even gave me tips on what I could do to prevent a recurrence. I was very pleased to say the least.

Zack came out and was very helpful and professional, finally was able diagnose and pinpoint a leak in my dehumidifier that has been causing issues. This allowed us to finally move forward with repairing the system and getting everything back to normal! Excellent service and demeanor, very knowledgeable.

I've used Key to service my HVAC for several years. They always provide a detailed inspection and give me tons of feedback. My unit stopped working recently and after 3 separate trips (two at their expense), Key established it was a terminal problem. I had them replace the unit with a new one. They did a fantastic job, and the owner even came out to get the permit closed. I've been very pleased with every aspect of their work and refer them to everyone I know.
