The plumbers came out right away, which was nice. They diagnosed the slow leak I had in a valve, which was unrepairable due to the age. They could have replaced with the same type valve, but suggested a better and longer lasting one. The people were very professional, including the receptionist I spoke with on the phone.
I would highly recommend the company. I used this service twice in the past 6 months or so, once to repair a pipe that had broken under the sink. Most recently to move the water line coming into the house so that the water filtration system was accessible.
