We always do our best to utilize sustainable building practices to ensure we build a smarter product and maintain awareness of our projects' environmental impact. In all our projects, we make a conscious effort to salvage materials, divert construction waste and recyclable items, as well as recommend products and options that will lead to a more efficient end-product.

Having served in the construction industry for more than 15 years, Green Label's Owner and President, Julio Zaldivar Jr., LEED AP, has an extensive amount of high volume construction and project management experience in a professional environment. Julio has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, from Florida International University.

Green Label Construction offers LEED Certification in case you and/or your clients decide to go 'green'. LEED is an acronym for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and serves as the quasi de facto 'green' building standard. ENERGY = MONEY - Less energy you use, less money you spend. Building a high performance office space, building, or residence will provide for a significant return on your investment.
