About Us
Owned and operated by local veterans, Oak View Mechanical is the superior choice in Colorado Springs for your home's HVAC and plumbing services. Our service philosophy is incredibly simple: when something breaks or needs maintenance, give us a call. We'll come out, fix it, ask for payment, and be on our way.
Services
Our certified technicians provide HVAC and plumbing services for your home so you can live comfortably. Indoor air pollution causes serious health problems, and most homes don't have proper air cleaning systems. Keep your family safe by installing air cleaners and additional ventilation for your HVAC system.
Air Conditioning
Replacing or cleaning the filter is the most important maintenance task that will ensure the efficiency of your air conditioner. Is your house too hot? It's time to install or fix your air conditioning unit, so you can enjoy your home during the Colorado summer. An annual service visit will also help optimize your air conditioner so that you'll use less energy and spend less money.
Heating
Winters in Colorado Springs can be cold, so make sure your furnace is functioning properly. An annual service visit will help keep your furnace running efficiently to save you energy and money. And it'll reduce the chance that your furnace will fail on the coldest day of the year. We work with all models and brands, and no matter how finnicky, faulty, or stubborn your furnace, our certified service technicians are here to help.
Plumbing
Our master plumber can help you with your plumbing needs, including water heaters, garbage disposals, toilets, and running gas lines. Water heaters can last for a decade or more, and with this simple three-step annual maintenance plan, you can extend the life of your water heater even further and save money in the process.
Indoor Air Quality
We'll help your family stay safe by installing air cleaners and additional ventilation systems. A carbon monoxide alarm constantly samples the air, monitors for the presence of carbon monoxide, and sounds and an alarm when carbon monoxide is detected at dangerous levels. Indoor air pollution affects everyone, it may even cause respiratory problems and asthma.
Process What to expect from your service visit
We're committed to your comfort and safety, so we want to make sure you know what to expect. When you call or email our office, we'll be ready to answer your questions and schedule an appointment. Our appointments have a two-hour arrival window. You'll receive a call from our service technician 30 minutes before he or she arrives at your home.
No Contracts Why we don't offer service contracts
Don't be fooled by special deals, packages, or contracts-they probably won't save you any money. Most service contracts cost between $150 and $500 annually, but they cover only one or two service visits a year. They are not a warranty, and repairs or filter changes are additional charges the customer has to pay for.

Air Balancing Tips
During warm weather temperatures, open registers on your upper floor and partially close registers on your first floor and/or your basement. During cold temperatures, reverse the process. Step 5: Re-check your adjustments (24 hours later) to feel if you reached the desired temperature.
