This project updated all the storefronts of the mall according to new architectural plans. All of the front of the roof was replaced and existing flat signage was removed and replaced with a rounded front and backlit raised letters. The sidewalks were replaced and the asphalt repaired. Overhead lighting was put in for lit covered walkways, and the entrance of Value Village was updated.

BZCI is Commercial General Contractor. We do new construction, renovation of existing structures, design build, excavation, demolition and project management. All subcontractors who perform work for BZCI must have Insurance and Worker's Comp coverage. You will find the minimum requirements in your contract.
