The project included a complete renovation of the 106-year old building and a new 3-story addition in the adjacent lot. Myridium is a mixed-use building with 4,786 square feet of commercial space along with 25 luxury residential condominiums. The South Adams County Fire Station is comprised of 9,200 square feet that includes two 60-foot bays with a third smaller bay for ambulance service.
