Took a while to get a service tech to come out, because lots of people are needing A/C service in this heatwave. But the tech showed up promptly, and was very professional. Unfortunately, my 20 year old external unit will have to be replaced. He scheduled a later appointment to get that done, and charged me only for the service call, since he could not fix it now.
