A little over a year and a half ago Jareds installed new water heaters for myself and 2 of my neighbors. A few nights ago mine quit working. I called Jareds to check on warranty. He told me they only warrantied for a year but the manufacturer has 6 years. He told me even if I paid him to come out that day he couldnt get the part because the warehouse didnt have them. He told me the quickest way to get the part using my warranty and told me to call him when I got it in and they would try and squeeze me in. I got it and thought I could do it myself and they told me exactly how to do it

Had a hot water leak in the attic. Called Jared's. Jay and a helper came out right at the scheduled time. They fixed the leak, which is what I expected. But then Jay spent time showing me the failed plumbing they removed and explaining the failure mechanism in detail. That was much appreciated.

Water heater removal and installation- Showed up on time but gave me attitude when i said we needed to do the job in stages cause i needed to repair the drywall behind the water heater due to mold. Then doubled the verbal quote when i called back later.
