Really thought I was dealing with honest people over here but when they came to do my yearly furnace maintenance, I was told I should look to replace some sensors. They said these sensors were about $240 a piece. A quick search shows them to range from about $5-$10. Save yourself the trouble and dont do business with these dishonest people.

The admin staffs and the techs are professional in working with their customers in the past 6 years I utilized them for my A/C and furnace annual maintenance. Their techs, particularly Jon Blake who performed the job today, is very proficient and answered all questions with details. He even refuted a furnace motor cleaning job that was recommended by the tech that came last year, deeming it unnecessary. This certainly raises questions if all their techs are of the same caliber. Hope Comfort Service management address that appropriately. Overall, I would recommend their services to others who is
