Technician stayed in contact to time of arrival. Got stuck in the snow called to let me know was running late. Did a good job. Pricing I felt was a little high however, due to extreme weather conditions and Covid situation understandable. Would I recommend this company to someone else yes I would.

This place is incredible! They have came to our house after hours to fix what was needed because we had a newborn in the home and had to have AC. Another time an error happened in a repair that was completed and they came and fixed it right away! Everyone from the receptionist, to the owner Adam, to the repairmen are all extremely personable! I cannot speak highly enough about this company! You will not be disappointed for choosing Polar Bear Jack's!

This company was the only one that was willing to tackle a difficult repair in our bathroom. They handled our difficult repair with ease and were very professional and courteous the entire time. Our experience with Adam could not have been any better. We highly recommend Polar Bear Jack for air duct installation and repair. Absolutely NOTHING to complain about.
