I called this company to see about getting my carpet cleaned and the tile in my kitchen cleaned and the man that answered the phone was so abrupt and rude, and then just hung up on me. I dont know why anyone would do business like that. I only asked about getting two rooms cleaned, and his response was so disappointing. Ill go through another company. One that appreciates their customers.

We called and set an appointment for one week in advance. The day of the appointment I called to see what's the hold up. Some guy answers the phone and was very unprofessional and hang up on me. I call back 3 more times with same result. On the 4 time a lady answers and she was much more friendly and explain to me that they had the wong number in the system under my account. We went with some one else because of the unprofessional behavior over the phone.
