Josh arrived to clean three ductless wall units in my house. This was the first cleaning since the units were installed 1.5 years ago. Use system mostly for air conditioning but do use it for minimal heat at the beginning and end of the normal heating season. Josh did a thorough cleaning of each unit and cheerfully answered my questions about things I could also do to help keep my systems running at peak performance. Would have him come back and do it again when needed.

Our service tech was Josh King. He couldn't have been nicer and explained everything he did. He even stayed a few minutes extra to make sure our generator ran properly and was getting fuel as it should. First rate!
